Watch Seger, Ringo, Ronstadt Pay Tribute to Eagles at Kennedy Honors

In case you missed it last night, check out Bob Seger playing the song he co-wrote with his friend, the late Glenn Frey (Heartache Tonight).

Joe Walsh’s brother-in-law, Ringo Starr, introduced a tribute video, narrated by the woman who gave 2 future Eagles their first big gig. Glenn Frey and Don Henley played in Linda Ronstadt’s bands before leaving to start their iconic group.

Other performances included Kings of Leon playing “Take it Easy” and Juanes had the most pressure-filled song, “Hotel California”.

Greg Lake Dies at Age 69

Greg Lake of King Crimson and Emerson, Lake and Palmer has died at age 69 after a long battle with cancer.

Emerson, Lake, and Palmer’s longtime manager Stewart Young said on Facebook, “Yesterday, December 7th, I lost my best friend to a long and stubborn battle with cancer. Greg Lake will stay in our heart forever, as he has always been.”

Lake was a member of the first lineup of King Crimson, appearing on their first and second albums. He then went on to form Emerson, Lake and Palmer with Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer.

The Rolling Stones on ‘CBS Sunday Morning’

Big Concert Announcements for Orlando!

It was a busy Monday morning for Orlando – we had TWO big concert announcements! And they’re both for right here in Orlando… no road trips required!

The Steve Miller Band is coming to the Dr. Phillip’s Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, March 31st. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 9th, at 10am.

Stevie Nicks must be having a great time on the road because she is extending her current tour! Stevie Nicks and the Pretenders are coming to the Amway Center on Tuesday, March 21st. Tickets go on sale next Monday, December 12th, at 10am!
